Not bad for 1 sitting, and I don't feel too bloated.

I'm drawing some inspiration from this thread, except I've got much further to go than you do!

Currently 5'10 and 169 lbs, but I want some lean muscle on top. Posted my diet on the gym thread though so it is separate. I got prompted to look at things again when I took some photos for the bodybuilding thread and was disappointed with what I saw :(

Nice back LiE, development on mine isn't dissimilar to yours, will get a shot up tonight.

How is your lat spread looking? Mirin' the traps, good work mate.
 
Not sure on the lat spread, I'll try get pic. Funny how most of us train our backs but rarely see it! I'm not sure what I can attribute my traps too, perhaps deadlifts or genetics. I don't do any direct trap work.
 
Found it really hard to do this pose, however here's a shot that looks ok.
