I'm drawing some inspiration from this thread, except I've got much further to go than you do!
Currently 5'10 and 169 lbs, but I want some lean muscle on top. Posted my diet on the gym thread though so it is separate. I got prompted to look at things again when I took some photos for the bodybuilding thread and was disappointed with what I saw
Not sure on the lat spread, I'll try get pic. Funny how most of us train our backs but rarely see it! I'm not sure what I can attribute my traps too, perhaps deadlifts or genetics. I don't do any direct trap work.
