LiE's Diet and Training Thread

Steedie, how's this look?

http://www.mattmccann.co.uk/docs/Diet_v3.xlsx

There is a fair amount of macros coming from the shakes, but personally I find them excellent for 2 reasons. 1 is the convenience, it means I don't get burnt out with the diet and start missing meals. 2 is I find it easier to hit my macros this way without getting overly full.

Macros are spot on matey :)

As for the shakes, not ideal, but still, given the convenience, I'll let you off ;)

Bacon / Egg on toast for breakfast that like a dream come true at the moment ....... (insert Homer dribble)

It's damn tasty :) and a glass of ice cold OJ!

Stop it, Stop it, i think the rule at the moment is yep it's got flavour - it's banned !

(dont tell Steedie ;) - found my self scooping some marmite out the pot late last night, as i was craving and that was the only thing in the house with any remote flavour)

Good back/abs/calves session today, boy have I missed training with more volume.

Love how developed my back is. Here's a shot an hour after workout, tensed of course :)

Jimz could be a PT in my gym :)

Seriously strong man! How long have you been lifting?

Good thread in here, just reading back through it:)

Been lifting since I was 18, I'm 27 in July. Obviously not been lifting hardcore serious for all those years and I'm still learning today.

It will be mostly pec tightness, in fact. Also try rolling your lats (slowly), if you can catch your subscapularis and serratus anterior it should help too.

Cheers, will do.

Edit: Just did the lats, there's a very sore/tender spot at the top of the lat near the shoulder!

Really tired in the morning this week probably due to having a cold and training hard. It's meant I've laid in a bit more and missed my 8.15am meal. I really need to make sure this doesn't happen if this program is going to succeed.

Yea, yesterday I did the same so I had a 1200cal dinner ;)
May try and fit the breakfast in now.
