LiE's Diet and Training Thread

Underwhelming session tonight, couldn't find my groove and lacked drive.

167.5 x 7 on deadlift which was disappointing, but never mind, I'll beat that next week hopefully when I'm back on form :)

Planning to redo my diet next week, I'm not happy with variety in my current diet.

I'd love to drop all my shakes and go pure whole food, but I'm going to need to keep my shake for breakfast as that's my weak spot for dropping meals. I haven't missed breakfast in several weeks since switching to a breakfast shake.

Not particularly looking forward to the increased amount of food I'm going to have to prepare but overall I think it's better for health and variety.

It's annoying to say the least :p But it's getting in to a habit of preparing foods at the right times etc.

For instance (as you do) I bulk cook my chicken, then each morning I'll cook my rice, potato and Veg. You could arguably cook your potato in bulk, as well as the rice really...I've not tried that yet though :p

Naturally, the increased meals only work for some people depending on their job, if I had my own office (ie no other buggers kept cutting through my current one!!!) it would be MILES easier for me to eat certain foods without people frowning at me because I'm eating at my desk 'all the time' :o

Same, but the convenience vs cost is too much to give up right now. How many shakes are you sitting on?

I'm on 3! 2 scoops in the morning, 1.5 mid-afternoon, 2 post workout. Such a huge dependency here and it isn't great at all.

Prepare to poo multiple times a day if you switch this up without shakes involved :p

p.s. that bacon and eggs on toast looks frikkin sweet.

3 scoops of whey per day.
4 scoops of oats

Had the opportunity today to take a couple of pics in a different setting. I think I can say I'm very pleased with my current size.
