Steedies merely pointing out how weight gain (in fat / muscle form) works really...

It's practically impossible to gain that much in pure muscle :p (I think)
 
Definitely, I'd say the gain in weight was just the increased food I'm holding onto, my body hasn't really changed in composition. I'm naturally a slow gainer who doesn't gain fat easily.

That'd be nice :p Mine just fills on to my pecs and gut all the time.

Well, that's with previous foods, not been on this diet long enough to see my noticeable changes as of yet.
 
Chest and a bit of biceps

Bench press

Cable flyes s/s bottom cable flyes
35x10->25x10, 35x10->20x10, 35x10->20x10
Press ups
25, 16
Chins (slow and hanging at the bottom of each rep)
8,8,6
DB - super super strict
10x20,10x18,10x22

20 minutes stretching legs.
 
Chest pump + anabolic lighting :D

You should be good for 100-120kg ish. You've really got to fight for the last reps; this is where you learn the meaning of mind over matter! Video it, you will be a mess :D
 
Smash them out, it won't matter by the end.

I find it easier to get to 10 as quickly as possible, then think about 15, then think about jesus.
 
So did 100kg x 20, wasn't too bad could have gone heavier. The interesting thing that came out of it was when I'm trying to be explosive my knees do some crazy stuff at the bottom. I think what's happening is I'm transferring the weight to a different part of the foot when I explode from the bottom. I had a little play around with this by keeping the pressure on the outside of the foot and it was fixed.

Anything you can add ice, possibly bouncing? Slower/heavier it's never occurred.


Also got a video of my RDL just to have it checked over. No I'm not checking myself out in the mirror ;) just watching back angle.
