I was 198.5 this morning, then after my porridge and Tea I was 202.8 :p
 
Yes but I've been sitting at 182.4 for weeks ;)
This is the lightest I've been in months.

You've not lost strength, maybe just a couple of lb lost in an unintentional cut!

I've cut out nuts and chocolate (for the most part) and am seeing more definition, feels good man!
 
Just sets of triples mate presumably. I would be doing more than 3 sets of 3, unless the weight was ridiculous obviously
 
Paused bench press reps tonight :) I'm thinking 2-3 seconds pause each rep. I'll aim to do 2-3 reps and pyramid up in weight.
 
You change diet multiple times a week, if something is working, why do you keep changing up all the time?

When I've decided to change my diet I trial it for a week. I'll make tweaks throughout the week so the following week the diet will be spot on. I may do this a few times until I'm happy with how the diet looks then stick with it until I need to change my macros.

My previous diet was made up mostly by 2 big shakes I took (2 scoops oats, 1 scoop whey). I wasn't happy with the lack of whole foods in the diet which prompted me to make the changes I'm doing now.

The diet I just posted up is pretty much there now. I'll monitor my weight and progress then adjust if I need more/less macros.

Some of the stuff I try I don't get on with, like the Pollock.
 
I'm presuming he just likes to mix up his food every so often.

P.S: Drop the fish off at my house if you're going to waste it :p
 
I won't waste it, it'll be eaten as per the diet I set out for this week. I just won't include it in next week's diet :)
 
Surprised myself with the paused reps, felt a lot stronger off the chest than I thought :)

Changed my CGBP grip so that it's wide enough to allow my elbows to go past my torso with my forearms vertical.

Very pleased overall. I think I could have got 150 for a paused rep :)
 
Yea next week for sure. Had Slya5 spotting me so he couldn't record :)

The 2nd single of 140 was easier as I had the confidence. It was all unknown territory to start with!
 
Yea I can feel how useful it will be when doing it. Speed reps are quite fun too, just need to be mindful not to make them too light.
