This thread has become steadily boring, stop the crap and just post your lifting.

Actually I'm going to close this thread. Spoffle, you can start a new one, but this thread is just tedious and it's adding nothing.

Lots of walls of text with a lot being spoken but nothing actually being said.

Spoffle, feel free to create a new thread to log your lifts - chat about diet/form/exercise/routine.

If you put half as much effort in your lifting as you do in your effort writing posts on the forum you'll end up being one of the strongest guys here.

I'm not asking for anyone to apologise, as I don't think there is anything to apologise for, this thread has descended into a hole with no escape. I'm not pointing the finger at anyone, but I ask that a little step back is taken and that things are taken less literally.

I appreciate there may be a little bit of a clique, but rather than trying to iceskate up hill, join in the fun rather than winding one another up.
