They are all doing this, I had the same email from Nuffield Sheffield last week however my membership was coming to an end anyway
At my local venue the jacuzzis are hugely popular in the evenings so I’d expect them to lose members because of it (I used to use the sauna after every session and I’d have been wanting to leave if they decided to close that at least)
That said after hearing some of the quotes we’ve been getting for power at work I can imagine their bills are about to become outrageous and it’s probably turn things off or increase prices by 50%, which would mean people leaving en masse with a get out of contract be free clause probably
