I've posted this in the general hardware forum so more people will be able to see the great service I've had from Logitech over the past few days.

Anyways, my Z-10 speaker screen has started randomly flashing over the past week with is very distracting, nothing else is wrong with the speakers, just the screen.

After a few short and very quickly responed email to Logitech's customer service team and a few pictures of said problem (invoice from OcUK etc), they are now sending out a brand new pair of speakers as replacement today and not even asking for the old ones back!

Just thought I'd share this with everyone else to show how good they are!

I agree - when I had issues my mice Logitech replace them without any hassle. Its why I will always buy Logitech in the future.

Well I have a MX Revolution aswell and if I ever needed to fully replace either the speakers or the mouse, I'd be using Logitech again without a doubt!

Same here, got my first MX1000 replaced, second one replaced and then the third one replaced with a G5 (they didn't have any MX1000s to send me). They actually replaced my third MX1000 with a brand new G5 even though it was a month out of warranty.

Excellent service from them.

They sent me the wrong dinovo keyboard after an RMA this week but to my advantage it turned out to be the "right" one heh as I now use both keyboards, one for "keyboard" and the other's numpad keyboard as a wireless media remote control so even though it was a bit annoying it turned out to be a good thing :p

Otherwise in previous RMAs I have always received excellent service replacements.

Still, I've sent them a message saying it was the wrong one!

I like that if u have a faulty mouse they tell u to send them a picture of it smashed and they'll send u out a new one - havent had the need to try it yet tho (MX518) :D

always used logitech and always found there stuff to be very well made and awesome service, just wish other company's were like this xfx was a nightmare had a faulty 7900gt sent it back to the and got a replacement with more problems than the one i sent back:mad:

have to say always had great service from OCUK as well with the 1 rma i've had with them being sorted out very quickly :)

All my mice and keyboards are, and forever will be, logitech, as long as they keep making quality products and backing them up with excellent support.

My MX1000 started playing up, so I simply sent them a picture of the back with the serial number, and they replaced it with an MX Revolution no questions asked.

Similar story to me when my first MX1000 stopped charging, I simply got a brand new OEM MX1000 in the post a few days later.

Its great to see Customer service beiung appreciated in this thread. Too often you hear about the bad experiences and not enough about the good.

ROCK ON "GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE"

I'm not one for insane brand loyalty but given a choice I'll buy Logitech. Their customer service has always been tip top.

For example my MX1000 mouse wheel was a bit dodgy, I had no receipt and I'd removed the serial number label (I'd previously dismantled the mouse to try and fix it). They asked me to destroy the mouse and send pictures and in return sent me a brand new MX Revolution. :D

They are good. As long as people don't take advantage of it, the service should stay this great. I think other companies have since moved on from this type of service as that have been taken for a ride by people trying to RMA items that aren't faulty.

Logitech have never failed me in the CS department, plus their gear is top rate imo. There has been quite a few threads started by people giving praise to Logitech, and I never see anyone complaining about a poor experience they had with Logitech.

Long may it continue.

As a side note, I think it's good to see more and more companies starting to realise that giving good CS/after sales support is the way forward. It always used to be like that but for the last 15 years or so most companies haven't given a damn about you once you have made your purchase, which is definitely not the case with Logitech.

As a result, whenever I need to buy a keyboard or mouse etc I always look at Logitech's gear first, plus if anyone asks me I always recommend Logitech gear to them over any other.

Meh, my experience has been slightly different.

My Z-5500 crashed and they just didn't want to know. They stopped replying to the emails. Turned out to be a fuse so ive stuck a new one in, but even so.
