If they're using the same 3rd party as they were before it'll be because the support agent has to work on 4-6 different cases at any one time - so they'll be jumping between responses as well as following the usual script / sheet.The person I was chatting to would take between 2-5 mins to respond to each answer I gave. I put that down to them looking up the right response from their cheat sheet each time as I don't think they were a native English speaker.
