Does anyone else find their support to be pretty useless? I created a support ticket last Wednesday because the mouse wheel on my mx master had went **** up (apparently a very common issue) and its still not been responded to.

I ended up calling their support line, was on hold for about 10 minutes then got put through to a guy i could barely understand who went through a series of questions then just asked me to contact the retailer i purchased it from :confused:

Currently waiting an email with further info, which i presume will just say the same thing.
 
I found them to be great tbh.
I had malfunctioning performance mx mouse, the left click was double clicking and wouldn't allow me to drag items. Gave them a ring and they sent me a new one.
 
Had an issue with a wireless mouse receiver and it was dealt with quickly and efficently.

I can't fault them based on my experience.
 
It used to be good but people have abused it and its ok now,years ago i used them twice (will always use logitech on the basis there good products) and found them to be amazing.

Its being returned to the retailer for a refund, just bought another anyway.
 
Logitech are by far the best when it comes to RMA though if its still within a years warranty you need to return it to the retailer since its on there end if I'm not mistaken they take care of the warranty after the 1st year.

2 weeks ago returned my g700s got a replacement sent in 3 days. Calling them is the best method to resolve things in my opinion.

And didn't even need to send the old 1 back which is a huge plus i have replaced over the years a good 7+ items without any problems or having to return old items back.

And i recommend everyone should use Logitech products for that reason alone.
