Does anyone else find their support to be pretty useless? I created a support ticket last Wednesday because the mouse wheel on my mx master had went **** up (apparently a very common issue) and its still not been responded to.
I ended up calling their support line, was on hold for about 10 minutes then got put through to a guy i could barely understand who went through a series of questions then just asked me to contact the retailer i purchased it from
Currently waiting an email with further info, which i presume will just say the same thing.
