Logitech's G910 'Orion Spark' Sparkles With RGB Colors

Is it meant to look like a work-experience-kid designed it, while taking drugs, and being repeatedly beaten about the head and neck with a metal keyboard that doesn't look hideous.

why do drugs always get blamed when a designer goes full retard.

my 2 cents

it looks bloody awful

I don't think it looks awful, the picture with all the different colours just makes it look bad. As Stas said when you have it configured with certain colours it wont look so bad.

I'm looking to pick one up when their released (1st mech keyboard), already using the Ark android app and its pretty decent on my tab with the G19

Pre-ordered mine today as the German layout's have already been sent out so hopefully UK will tomorrow tomorrow or Friday.

Will post some pictures when I receive it.

Am Waiting.....;)

Only two I have at the moment, will post more tonight when I get home :p

I don't actually use the Dock for it as I use the Arx software on my tablet which is a lot better

Used it last night and have to say I quite like it, Keys are a lot more responsive coming from a normal keyboard, theres a lot of weight to it (doesn't feel cheap at all) and the lights on the keys are very nice, when you set up some custom profile it looks much better than the pictures.

They do need to improve the software for it though, a lot of people have complained on the logitech forums that its lacking features which are apparently "coming soon". Once they add the features in it will be a very good keyboard, hopefully they will add more functions to the "profile" section as at the moment its just 2 colours (on keys and off keys), so you have to set some profile up thats always on, not one that switches with the games you play.

aren't all keyboard palm rests made of plastic ?

Every keyboard I ever bought or used has only come with a plastic palm rest of what I can remember...
Some (all?) of the Corsair mechanical models have soft palm rests. You shouldn't really use palm rests when actually typing but for gaming they are much nicer on your left wrist in particular.

Mr. Pegasus, have you used a CherryMX keyboard before? Could you tell in your own words how do you rate the difference? Better, worse, same?
