That's a nice plan but only trained personal like off duty police officers or ex-forces would likely do that, most people are flighters not fighters.
They don't know if the attackers have guns or explosives on hand either.

But what happens when are they resourced. This is why I still can't believe the police on the mainland don't carry a glock. The police have a job is to protect us and having a standard police officer not carrying a gun is very silly.
If someone rocked up to an area in london with no ARU but some standard officer they could do some serious damage while they wait for the ARU.

That's because people have gotten soft. Hey I'm soft too no big guy just a keyboard warrior you might say. Do we all need self defence training classes? How to best handle knife attackers etc?
Islamic terrorists. We can't distinguish them from people who are our neighbours, colleagues and friends. There's no end in sight.
About 12 years martial arts training here, in Wing Chun, Escrima and Ju-Jitsu. It's very very difficult to stop a knife attack. Get a friend to attack you with a felt tip at full force like they want to kill you and see how you do.

Thank you Blair and Labour who allowed mass uncontrolled immigration into country without a thought for the consequences. I guess we'll all hold vigils, light candles and sing kumbaya now, until the next one comes along and that'll probably be soon enough.

There is nothing antagonistic about asking Muslim's to post IMHO.
That said Asking you to have a special insight is probably a bit like asking me why the cray twins hurt/killed people, sure my family were a bit east end cocknee, no I haven't got a clue what those psychos were on!

Someone mentioned firearms earlier, it does make me wonder what would happen to someone if they just happened to have a gun illiegallly in their possession and used it to gun down a few terrorists as the terrorism is happening.....would they be a hero or a criminal? We know the answer from the publics point of view but what would the law say?
Or not forget that the ideology is the cause.
Youd have to be insane to believe that...
Because they're already known to police? Some have done some serious time in jail.
