London Thunderstorms

After the few weeks of roasting hot weather we are having the most amazing thunderstorm over SE London, probably the loudest I have ever heard so it must be right overhead.

Should be good to clear and cool the air, wash the roads down, soak me on my bike etc

Shame it's not night time really this would be a great one to watch.

It sounds like it's heading North so you might not get it. Lovely and cool here right now, I might go out and play in the rain.

Be careful on your bike as the roads will be super greasy after a down pour like that and mucho hot weather.

I guess that means the storm's coming this way... I better get to job up the mast done pretty soon then!!

had a short thunderstorm and shower down here in kent - brought the washing in in the rain and was sooooooooooooo lovely and cool - pavements are drying already though

Lashing it down here in the Docklands, what a load of crap.... a few days of nice hot weather and it ends off with it chucking it down with rain

. God i hate this countrys weather at times, wasnt it supposed to hit 35c today or something??.
