Hi there can i ask peoples thoughts on this build that's been recommend please to me by a kind member.


CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 4.2 GHz 8-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Thermalright Assassin Spirit V2 Plus 66.17 CFM CPU Cooler
Motherboard: ASRock B650M PG RIPTIDE Micro ATX AM5 Motherboard
Memory: TEAMGROUP T-Create Expert 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6400 CL32 Memory
Storage: Lexar NM790 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive
Video Card: ASRock Challenger OC Radeon RX 7900 GRE 16 GB Video Card
Case: NZXT H5 Flow ATX Mid Tower Case

Do you definitely want an mATX board? Will look quite tiny in a mid tower case,

Is there a reason you've gone for the asrock riptide?

Tbh your list of parts is very good can't really recommend much as an alternative.

Are your going to be able to build this ?
I think i could probably do it as i have done upgrades on my current rig ie: cards chips and memory, been saving for a year

That's still a capable 1080p gaming pc.

There's nothing wrong with the parts above apart from the motherboard being matx which @sx_turbo pointed out.

asrock was recommended when they came up with a build, would something else be better then?

No it's fine, just mATX is a small form factor motherboard.

It might look a little lost inside a large case, and it won't have as many upgrade slots.

The Asus b650 plus would be a good alternative option
oh cool upgrade slots would work better I'd say to future proof.

Is It this one please

You can get the WiFi version for the same price so you have a back up network and Bluetooth.
