i've lost just over 10.5 stone within the last 22 months, cutting out a lot of rubbish crisps/chocolate and eating a lot healthier....going from a 48" wiast to a 34-36"....i have around 1200 calories a day (breakfast-a bowl of weetabix or special k....lunch-a sandwich and a breakfast bar....and tea-anything like rice/pasta/fish and a bowl a cereal on a night as a snack, and exercise nearly everyday, including my job which is pretty physical....10 mins on the treadmill, 15 on the rowing machine and 50 sit ups, not at the gym atm and was wondering if this would be a better option to start using weights?....i'd like to lose another stone if im honest to be 14.5, altho my self confidence has shot up 100xs more than before the loose skin at times can be just as bad
but any tips are really appreciated
