**Lost Odyssey Official Thread**

Its just the same as the normal game. same achievements, same everything. It defaults to your language which is english.

You don't need to make an asian account. The other guy was doing that to in a sense 'import' the DLC early as well.

Does anyone else when playing through these type of rpgs have any special way of levelling up. When i play i stay in one area then have 10 fights, and if i level up within thoes 10 fights. I start again and have another 10 fights until, i dont level up, then move to the next area and do the same.

As reported from GameSpot editor it is possible they will change Lost Odyssey review score after re-review because there is no big load times in retail version of the game as explained by Microsoft and gamers who has already purchased the game. GameSpot explains that they care for their reputation and want readers to receive review text without errors.

Gamespot is fail.

Why are you guys ordering from Asia, I got mine from the bay, from an english supplier, arrived in 2 days.
Maybe a couple of quid more expensive but worth it for the fast delivery time.

Is anyone else finding this quite hard?

Few of the fights, second boss in particular have been really tough.

Must admit I'm quite enjoying playing the game, more so than Blue Dragon (far too easy).

I found the boss fight at Grand Staff quite hard, need a few goes at that.
I have just got out the cell and past the security :)

Aye thats the boss I meant, strange thing was though, that when I beat that boss he didn't even hit me (except for the respawn first attack!).

Cell stuff was slightly annoying at first but seemed to get easier as you went along.

I'm quite like the ring system, is extremely simple. Not sure about casters always going last (sucks for healing) though.

well ive just come to a grinding halt on LO :( keep getting beat off a boss called living ice so im playing blue dragon for a bit

You guys who are finding it a bit hard, are you running through the game fast. Are you taking your time to level up before going to the next area. Personally when i play these type of games i spend sometimes hours in one location before moving onto the next just levelling up.

This boss is a pain because he uses reflect magic thus causing your spells to damage yourself, and because you dont know when he will use it then its kinda hard to use magic.

Im about 3/4 through disc 2, does any one else think that there are too many wizards in the party? I want more ass kickers! Bring on the swords.

When i was younger and tolerate the tedium of levelling up in every new area for 30+ minutes at a time i did. I dont really have time for that anymore, the only rule i have is to fully explore every area i go in before moving on(im not sure how relevant that is to this game).

If i really need to grind as a boss is too hard, i will...instead of endlessly failing attempts at said boss :D

Games arent too fun if you can just plough through them without having to think
