So are you saying that they have to secure a job before they come to England? Immigrants tend to come her for work (to the horror of most "stealing our jobs etc").

If thats true than the election is going to be a total fail train for UKIP if thats a demonstration of their intelligence and debate
one issue party's rarely get anywhere, they might poll well but when it comes to voting, people wont vote, they may get a protest vote but thats it, my protest vote is green or spoil. I imagine the EU elections and in 2015 we will see the lowest ever turnout as faith is totally lacking from the public in politicians of all partys

My point, although perhaps to subtle for you, was that it must be difficult to immigrate here without either having organised a job in advance (which I think must be incredibly difficult) or having the intention of immediately seeking work, because you cannot immediately claim benefits upon entering the country - as you put it, putting into the pot before taking out.
In the Farage vs Clegg debate, it was noted that 96% of those in social housing in this country are British.

Except the UKIP manifesto is basically non-existent (the last time I checked they had nothing on education but had pages on discriminating against same sex couples) and their statements change faster than the weather to try to grab voters through tasty tit bits like you claimed.

Here's the reason why it doesn't work, you can't even criticize its failings without hyperbolic faux outrage whilst not knowing what it means.
Humans are a funny breed and segregation tends to happen naturally between people with a common ground, no matter how much some like to pretend it doesn't happen.
Which is why is doesn't work. Johnny English doesn't want to go for a pint with Pete Polish if they don't speak the same language and vice versa so they end up just resenting each others existence, because Pete Polish makes Johnny English have to wait longer at the bar and vice versa. (For want of a better analogy.)

I'm afraid this is an epic fail for you, and I have not failed once today (It is a plain fact that countless populations have integrated successfully into Britain for thousands of years, there is even DNA evidence to collaborate that).
So where on this amazing manifesto does it talk about education? I certainly don't see anything, just more xenophobic drivel and anti-EU hogwash.

People are free to debate the pros and cons intelligently with unbiased evidence based reasoning, not with blind irrational hatred.
Natural segregation is meaningless. As has been said many time, multiculturalism does not mean complete assimilation.
