Hmmm no, but it would be better in the recycle bin ;). So who are you going to vote for?

that is the recyclye bin

I used to always vote libdem, but never again since they went into coalition with the hateful tories, the greens seem to have the best policies at the moment. There really isnt much choice:

Tories - Tories
Lab - Tories light
LibDem- Sell out turncoats
UKIP - Racist bigots
Green- Sensible policies, left leaning, understand global warming

And this is were it fails. Cameron "I will give you the vote on the EU in or out" idiots believed him but then hie came back with..

"I don't think it's prudent to do so in this parliament" in other words You(voter) fell for it.I'm in power so kiss my ass.

Do you honestly not concede that in a 5 year term things can change? A referendum on the EU would have a huge effect on our economy, the recovery of which is incredibly fragile, and still even now at risk.

It's ok I can guess what your answer will be but to paraphrase; If we get an EU referendum, and regardless of the outcome, our recovery is halted or reversed due to international markets losing confidence in the Pound, it's DCs/the tories/condems fault due to allowing us the referendum at a "stupid" time, right? If we don't get a referendum when originally said but pushed back, he's lied to the voters and as you so eloquently put it we can "kiss his ass"?

It's fair enough to hate DC as the figurehead, but he's entirely right that it's not prudent in this term. I'm glad it's been pushed back. Having one in the current state of affairs is a ludicrous notion.

So if you're a cat\dog or a tree or even an old person it looks great. The rest is just stupid to me, but that's my own opinion.
As for global warming it's been going on since the planet earth started and will keep changing.

Governments has used this "global warming" word to get more taxes off people.

You're going to need to substantiate that statement with evidence. The scientific consensus has nothing to say about taxes or tin foil hat government conspiracies. It simply has mountains of empirical data gathered over decades that point clearly to accelerated global warming due to humankinds effect on the environment. Now, if you want to dispute this, then you are free to do so, but if you want your dispute to be taken seriously, then you better have some rock solid evidence to support your case my friend.

So why promise what you have no intention of delivering? Conditions were already bad in 2010 ao why say you'll have a referendum unless you intend to do so? When is it ever a good time?

If we were in growth, steady or decline you could argue that the referendum would upset whatever pattern we would be in. ..

I believe his platitudinous reaction is more to do with the cyclical nature of global warming -> global cooling which has been speculated to always have occurred on the planet. Let's say that we slowed it down, are we defying the natural order of the planet, or are we simply delaying the inevitable by a few years?

What difference does taxing people more heavily actually do - is it going to make the planet decide to stop melting icecaps? No.

Just because it is accelerating now, doesn't mean that it will never occur, or in fact, prove that we are entirely responsible for this acceleration. Unfortunately we do not have intrinsic data gathered over millions of years and an omnipotent command of physics to accurately say yes/no to "Are we causing/accelerating it?" and "Can/should we slow it or reverse it?".

Plus, for every extra £ a Western Government accrues from an individual due to 'Greenhouse Guilt Tax', we will undoubtedly have another few grams of emissions from China, Africa, India which i'd imagine would dwarf our carbon output.

What a load of garbage. Perhaps you should educate yourself on the facts first before complaining at government policies!

We are all voting ukip in Hartlepool where i live.....Ian wright our MP [LABOUR] Has shut our hospital,The town is full of Immigrants taking all the young people's jobs.

After a year they simply go on benefit's and get there wives and kid's over.

Why the hell should I keep them??

We need someone with some Ball's Cameron has a V****a

so a place that has no money is voting for a party that will charge them more and give them less.

thankfully your next 2 posts made it clear there is no point discussing anything with you.

I do wonder why people who've never bother to voted suddenly decide that it's a good idea to vote for UKIP.

"I haven't been bothered to take part in my country's democracy before, but now seems as good a time as any to vote for these idiots!"

uneducated people getting exploited by phrases like restricting immigration and keeping Britian British. With no real thought for any of the other policies or how exactly farage would manage the rest of the issue.

I don't think they will get as much momentum as the noise they are making but I do think we should all man up and ignore them like we did the BNP

giving them all this extra coverage and attention will quite possibly extend their reach rather than hinder it.

I also have my own experience of global warming in the state of Florida. But it turned out the US gov got it wrong...again.

As far as I am aware there is no process where politicians are held accountable for their promises other than in the memories of the public. Unfortunately, when it comes to this matter most people have the memory span of a goldfish.

That is entirely the problem. They should be mandated to fulfill their manifesto or be penalised by say being removed the running of the next election if they do not comply maybe then they woukd take their pledges seriously.
