Change your diet a little to slowly take off and keep your body fat level low.
Leg extensions are a great exercise to build the lower abs and pelvic floor muscle.
I seem to have somewhat larger upper abdominals to my lower abdominals and leg extensions are great, if you do them properly.

This isn't true.This is what iv being taught. Sit ups, crunches for top 4 etc, Leg raises for bottom two. Well to help define. Its all one muscle though.

- The rectus abdominus is one muscle.
- Getting visible abs is more about getting low body fat than increasing the size of any muscles
- You can't spot reduce fat
