Lucid Dreams,

sound pretty cool, shall look into it more.

everynow and then i have dreams like the fella above where i cant lift up a gun to shoot a bad dude, or lift a baseball bat etc etc, lots of sub consious doubt lol, the other day though I did actually get a few kicks and punches in, I had assistance though lol so I don't claim it as a victory.

Where do urrrr sexy dreams fit into this?

Then I had one!! The problem is actually REALISING that you are dreaming. It takes a lot of effort (Hence people say about doing "reality checks" during the day so you do it asleep). I didn't do any reality checks but the reason I realised I was dreaming was that in the dream I was a woman!!

And so I had a boyfriend in the car that I was trying to explain I was dreaming to, he said prove it and so I did by changing the clouds to rainbow colours by thinking about it!

Lucid Dream doesn't mean a dream that you can control. Lucid dreaming is the realization that you are in a dream. (You can learn to fully control them at a later date)

Most people wake up, but you can learn to keep yourself inside the dream via techniques like rubbing hands together.

The best way to get into Lucid Dreaming is to start a dream journal. This is vital.

I've been Lucid Dreaming for years, any questions feel free to email me :)

The time I usually get them is if I have a headache and go to sleep it off in the afternoon. I rarely get them during normal night time sleep.

I have several nearly every night although sometimes there not lucid and I don't have control. Like last night I went round this school throwing water over people not sure why.

Teach us EveryThing!!!

It's basically free sex right? Or free Murder lol, basically GTA in a safe enviroment.

The majority of dreams i remember are lucid however sometimes i can only control certain factots in the dream. Like last night i was going to pork this girl, she 'presented herself' to put it politely. But it stank, then i woke up. :(

Im not sure whether ive had them or not , though i do dream a lot so thats good, some of the situations i come across but cant understand them are as follows....

-->the other night i was dreaming that i had had some personal problems so my boss was going to give me the next day off work, went to sleep in the dream only to wake up as you would from a normal nights sleep thinking that i actually had the day off (had to seriously think about it for a while until i realised i had fallen asleep in a dream then woken up as if i hadnt of been dreaming, memories carrying over, very weird!!!)

--> Sometimes in a dream i know im dreaming and it seems to last a very short while until i wake up , this is usually when i am sleeping (or snoozing) in on the weekend , i can usually dream on and off from say (waking up usual time)9-am to 1pm. Its weird because i wake up during the dream , then fall back to sleep and continue it where i left off, making me think that it is actually a lucid dream but dont know how to stop waking up and restarting the dream.

So what would you suggest to start controlling the dream, because id say 7/10 i know im dreaming but cant do anything about it, is there somewhere to point me in the right direction? :D

I remember when i was young and at primary school i used to love going to bed because i would dream every night and presumably would be in control of them so could do what i wanted (something you cant do as a kid :P)

I've had loads of wierd dreams.

I dreamt I had telekinesis, the dream was so vivid I could almost describe the method by which I was able to move things. When I woke up I had to try it for real.

I've woken up in a dream and then gone back to sleep in my dream and sunk through the bed, like I was going down into a deep ocean.

I read a few years ago someone was developing glasses that would flash LED's when you were in REM sleep not enough to wake you but just enough to tell your brain you were dreaming and they were supposed to help with lucid dreaming.

Off to ebay to look

How would it know if you were in REM sleep, would it have some kinda sensor that measured brainwaves a bit like and ecg, albeit to a very basic nature!

Is any dream in which you seem to think in it a lucid dream?

Sometimes I have dreams where something is after me or something and I try and run, but it's like I'm treacle or something and cannot run, and feel a weird tingly sensation and just want to get away. Some of these dreams I seem to think and make decisions in, but only realise it when I wake up.

I'd love it if I could realise in the dream and do loads of things.

Ive had maybe one or two that I remember. Odly I think they have both been in areas near swimming pools or such like.
