I seem to remember Ryan Cleary being mentioned a while ago by Anonymous after they completed a hack and then posted his details on the defaced site. It turned out he was the owner of their IRC channel.

Don't see how he is related to Lulz?
 
Lulz appear to be a splinter off from Anonymous. Their IRC servers and other proxies and web sites are all hosted on the same ***anon.su servers which in turn are all hosted by cloudflare.

The emergence of Lulzsec was heralded by a massive rant about how Anonymous was infiltrated by the FBI and other security agencies - since deleted but you can still find some sites holding saved copies of it.

why arrest them lol.. surely lets face it there good at what they do :p and it would surely be more benefitial to recruit them to use/steal plans of terrorists and/or other uses to save the world :D ..

lulz was a splinter group of anonymous ryan cleary was the member that performed a coup he is far from an innocent IRC operator google his name ands you can find stuff about him wanting to setup a new group broken off from anonops from before lulzsec was even known about.

hes clearly not some random guy

It will be funny to see the misinformation going around with ludites thinking it is the end of days.
 
I don't agree with giving his mum's name nor do i agree with the photo's of the house, it's the son that's done the crime not his mum
 
if its true that they now have pretty much 99% of the uk populations life data, where we live, where we work, how much we earn, how many kids we have - that mega sucks....

i would also expect the government to a)apologise b) introduce new laws to prevent all this stuff in the future - which would proabably mean more restrictions for us :(
 
Sounds like some of you guys are pretty poorly informed.

Lulzsec didn't hack anything to do with the UK census - It was confirmed a fake from the Lulzsec twitter account. And it looks like the guy that the papers say is the "Lulzsec leader" isn't anything to do with Lulzsec.

tbh trusting anything these hackers say is just stupid.
The police will know much more than the papers and im sure they have their reasons to arrest him.
he may not be their leader but he contributed and for that the police can get a whole host of new information and data. We already know the group are more then happy to throw one another under the bus when pushed, so it should be pretty easy for the police to get what they need.
