Macbook Pro Screen

Just got back from the Apple store, pleased to say they are repairing no questions asked. They said it should be ready to pick up tomorrow. Very and relived as it was going to cost £400 for a new screen!

Glad you got it sorted.

Stormfront really are useless; our marketing director at work kept insisting she took her MacBook to Stormfront when she had hardware issues because she could always get an appointment sooner than the Apple Store.

Every time she'd call us and tell us they wanted to charge her for a repair that should be covered under warranty, and every time we told her to go to the Apple Store, which she'd finally do and get the MacBook repaired for free as it should have been.

Bunch of chancers that lot.
 
Great stuff. Apple is expensive, but they do provide amazing customer service.
