some stunning shots there,

lol at the stars and stripes folded in front of the pilot.

the full size image of the shot posted above is very interesting (as an aerospace eng undergrad anyhow

) a lot of condensing vapour trails coming off the leading edge of the wing!

I've posted the original shot the crop was taken from, to give some Idea of distance to the planes, Taken with a 300mm Prime on a D300, the plane more than fills the frame.

Been trying out a Bushhawk mount all week and trying for cockpit shots.

Great capture of the Co Pilot - do they look at that forum you've linked to? I know a lot of the pilots etc get in touch on some of the forums to grab the piccies.

Yes the pilots are always asking for hires Pics, they contact the Togs through the forum.

Pilot and Back seater, are both Majors in the UASF and like to go by the Names of Hacker (Pilot) and Flick (Navigator), based in 492d Fighter Squadron, 48th Fighter Wing, RAF Lakenheath.
