Mad Max Game

I just escaped to main menu and then back in the game. Only had it a couple of times in a few hours.

I'll try that next time as I can edit out the pause, thanks.

Oh, mine pops up the middle and I move the mouse and it's gone quick as a flash. Does your cursor stay ON on the game window then..? o.O Tried alt+tab?

Alt+ tab doesn't solve it sadly :(

I can't believe how well this runs on my old 7970, when am I ever going to get an excuse to buy a new graphics card? :p

I am seriously impressed with this game so far but whoever hides the insignias/scrap/photos is one twisted individual!:D:cool:

I also had a weird bug today where I was 24/25 mobs to kill and could not find the last mob, a couple of restarts of the game and it eventually spawned, I'm guessing it ended up inside the map somewhere as I could hear the thing but not see it, problem is when they are so damned devious hiding stuff away I'm not 100% whether I'm experiencing a bug or just needing to look harder... :o

Pretty impressed so far at how smooth the game plays so far. Around 125fps on my 970. Just hope the game isn't too short as not sure how much replay value it will have yet.

Cleared Jeets territory :)

As for combat, it does get harder. I stupidly went into a 5 skull camp and got my ass handed to me, the guys with shields and spears are nasty.

Just cleared Jeets myself today :D

Don't know if I have the patience to clear every area mind, it was a bit of a chore at the end.

indeed it does, plays incredible, scaling is so good. Only thing that lets it down for me at the moment, is every now and again I get a 1 second stutter and my frames drop by half. All a bit weird really.

dose seem strange, how can a huge open world game like this use such little vram even on the highest settings.

i really like the engine they are using in this game , making me more excited for just cause 3 .

1 camp left in Jeets area, which will pull me down to 0 threat once done. Will finally move on in the story to the next area then. Really enjoying it, playing it for 2 hours at a time.

I'm already heading to pink eye territory and haven't even cleared the lower half of enemies or scrap locations. I said to myself I'd do that first but was too drawn in by missions.

That's how games normally go for me, too. I'm enjoying being able to jump on, clear some locations, and jump off. Only just done my first convoy, I'm a big girls blouse!

The combat is pretty much the same as Batman. I have noticed differences upgrading the car but I'm still early on.

Tbh I would not trust the reviews for this game it's far more fun than most suggest...

Well, I jumped on the hype wagon and bought this from cdkeys for £12.34 and, I'm loving it! :D Really enjoyable so far. A few hours in and I've just escaped from Chums hideout, cleared a bit in the next area and not headed for Jeet yet.

Running lovely on mostly maximum settings on Eyefinity 5760 x 1080 with a 295x2. Turned Bloom and Haze off, just preference, and had to turn AA off as it causes the left screen to have some ghosting.

Just wish I hadn't knocked that beer over my keyboard yesterday, L Shift & Cntrl are now sticky and keep jamming down :(

Running beautifully for me at 4K maxed out on a pair of 4GB 290X's.

do you get stutter and massive frame drops every now and again mate? I see you are on crossfire 290x cards. I have my game capped to 120fps maxed out at 1440p, game sticks to 120fps 99% of the time but every now and again I get a stutter that lasts a second (not when it auto saves) where my card usage drops to 30% on both and frames drop to like 50fps. No apparent reason for it, no bottleneck anywhere, it's just weird. I'm on crossfire 390's with Windows 10 and latest 15.8 driver. What OS and driver are you using mate?
