So a "kettle lead" which is a actually a 13a UK mains plug with a C13 IEC power connector should only ever have a fuse with a max rating of 10a in when on a 220v +- 10% supply
Why you might ask?
Because the C13 IEC connector is only rated for 10a
Occasionally a few higher rated PC PSUs will have a C19 IEC, which is rated for 16a
