Round these parts the price of cannabis has dropped considerably if your buying an ounce so I'm told.
My point was alcohol is awful, and yet they still sell it. It has a terrible effect on health and yet it's everywhere. It destroys lives no doubt, I have experience within my own family of this. This has to be one of the dumbest posts yet.
Alcohol abuse is a massive problem in this country. Over half a million people were admitted to hospital with alcohol as the primary cause. Nearly 200,000 people are in treatment due to alcohol abuse. People are unable to do their jobs because they're so drunk. That's why you have things like mandatory drug and alcohol testing...
People can't self regulate. That's why alcohol charities exist. That's why one of the police are overwhelmed on weekends in particular.
Yet another good reason why police and crime commissioners should be abolished. Such a pointless waste of money to politicise policing and add a
Layer of unnecessary nonsense.
The only people benefitting are the police and crime commissioners and there staff drawing juicy salaries for contributing nothing to society.
The police and crime commissioners where I live appear to just be a retirement benefit for former MPs.
I see zero value in them.

I suspect even the police and crime commissioners know it’s a nonsense role but it is incredibly well paid for a job with no actual responsibilities!I always enjoy paying more every year for my police and commissioner and seeing more crime, less police and the odd photo of the commissioner turning up at 9am on a week day to talk to local residents in the local hall.
Totally pointless imo and a lot of those on the job think so as well.
I see what you did there.Make it Class A to put the feelers out, and then legalize it a week later.
Yes I don't see what they think would be achieved with making it class A, it's not like they have any control over the cocaine trade, it's absolutely rife everywhere, every pub and bar, in the sticks even more so than in cities. It’ll make no difference. Coke is class A and really doesn’t deter anyone from either using it or selling it. Further incriminating it’s use will just make the younger generation want to try it more.
Absolutely. I’ve been a well to do country pub before and sat outside having a smoke, I then watched several gentlemen lining up on the window seal brazen as can be.Yes I don't see what they think would be achieved with making it class A, it's not like they have any control over the cocaine trade, it's absolutely rife everywhere, every pub and bar, in the sticks even more so than in cities.
We'll end up being one of the last places to legalise and tax it, as long as we're ruled by these idealogical chumps.
I don’t recommend legalising GHBThey should drug test all politicians and all police officers, then legalise whatever they have been taking
This nonsense again. Prohibition doesn't work. Legalise and tax it then use the profits to benefit the country.
I'd happily pay a bit more if it meant going to a dispensary and getting it that way but as it stands I have to visit onion fields and only criminal organisations benefit.
