If I recall correctly, way back in January 2005, Ecclestone, Mosley and Ferrari stitched up a deal to ensure that Ferrari got a larger, guaranteed chunk of the F1 pot than any other team; so, yes, I do believe that the FIA favour Ferrari over any other team.
 
It's not a surprise it's what they did last weekend and why people go oh not looking good for a pole. Yeah but he's not wrecking his soft tyres for q1.. Although if it does rain properly it's not a problem.
Looking good again though :D
And mclaren look faster this weekend, certainly solid midfield rather than the back.
 
Wonder if Kubica will get a faster time - should do looking at Heidfields

Seriously? I thought they look worse here than Aus - kinda opposite way round. Epecially with KERS being more useful here and the new parts they brought - sure it will get better on race trim...
