That penalty dive was a disgrace. FA should be able to ban retrospectively for dives, but they never would .. would be a shame to actually have a fair league wouldn't it.

Cue 10 more pages of whining about it, Agger was stupid.
 
Despite the loss, there's a lot to be positive about after todays performance. Played with intensity, desire and passion, positive subs and Kelly again looks comfortable at this level.

For as bad as the decision for the penalty was, Gerrard's got to take a large slice of the blame. We were well in the game and looked like getting level before he made that stupid challenge.

He took advantage of a slight kick off the ball. I would say it was a dive but it's not the worst I've seen.

Liverpool have no right to claim some sort of high-ground given what Gerrard has done - diving wise.
 
Btw was this the Jonjo Shelvey that Liverpool fans have been begging to be played on here? He looked pretty pants today, that shot from 50 yards was worse than John O'Shea.
 
As a replay show he cliped him by a feathers touch he then took another step and fell(dived)..

So he thought id stay up then oh no screw it.

Im referring to replay that ITV showed regarding it. Despite losing i still think we played well i hope we keep that type of passing,team spirit up and passion as it hasn't been there for awhile.
