I would like to hear that Balotelli smacked him for that. If that guy would have done it to anyone else in the street that's the likely response he'd get.

He was caught doing it on camera though. Nobody knew what Balotelli done until Ferdinand's tweets. I'm not sure the FA could charge him based on that.

Ferdinand's reaction should land him in trouble though

Unless the officials saw it, nothing can be done I assume.

And it's not like Neville's the only person to be charged with doing things like that.

I'm not saying he is but if anyone should be charged it should be Bibotelli but I expect a 4 game ban for Evra, Rooney 2 matches and Ferguson to get a season long touchline ban.

I'd agree but if there's no video evidence and none of the offiicials saw it, he can't/won't be charged.
