Yeah I've seen this posted on their twitter and on the sub reddit,

You would still hope they would have had everything ready to deal with the influx of players due to both it being open beta weekend and also them releasing on steam

We've been tracking this all morning. We're now starting to think it may be caused by network hardware issues, which isn't something we directly control, but we're working on it.
It has nothing to do with Steam nor the number of players on the servers. We've had higher numbers of players online than this. Does the timing suck? Of course. But this may be an issue that's entirely outside of our control, directly.

Changed their excuse now, before it was "bug in the code under utilizing the server"

Not really hating on them its just I really want to play some more as I've enjoyed the times I've spent playing it so far

Well it is beta

If it was like this on launch and you had paid, then fair enough, but this is kinda the whole point of open betas.

Does anyone have the Ultimate Pack? I am really tempted to buy it, but am being held back by the prospect of potentially wasting so much money.

it's not bad but it feels the same with sort of game play with all the characters.

Just watched some vid on utube about the game and it showed storm and then spidy. Storm wasnt flying and spidy wasnt using web and doing acrobats off the walls. Instead spidy was using swords and guns.

If they dont use the characters abilities as in the shows (not a comics fan but like the animated shows) then whats the point of this?

Think you may be confusing Spider-Man with Deadpool

Hes basically a disfigured and mentally unstable mercenary, with healing powers like Wolverine. Hes hillarious because hes known for breaking the 4th wall and talking to the person reading/watching/playing.

To all the guys who have bought packs. If I buy one today, can I test it in beta? And is there a possibility, within the next 2 or 3 months, there will packs consisting of Gambit or Nightcrawler brought into the game? Thanks

I downloaded the beta and played as Iron Man. Seems like a pretty good game! Obviously early days for it, and will be curious to see what the end game content would be, but I am definetely now considering getting a Founders Pack.

Now the only question becomes do I get one of the premium packs.... or go the whole hog and get the Ultimate Pack. I have to admit I like the look of that symbiote Spiderman costume

Ive played captain America now to level 16 - skills are decent but not much for aoe attacks ... good defense and buffs thou.

Game isn't too bad - havnt partied yet. Item system is pretty cool.

thinking about getting a pack also

Yeah I know. £130 for a game thats not even fully released yet, just to get all characters and costumes at release and a few xp perks. I must be crazy...

Loving this game! although, the occasional stutter/freeze (lasts no more than a few seconds) is annoying! Beta going to beta though!

Having a lot of fun with Wolverine, will probably pick up his pack.

been playing this today really enjoying it how long the repetativeness of it will last is the question though.

wouldnt mind buying a pack but bit pricey espically £130!!
