US: Marvels Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (US timeline) *spoilers*

The way the two plots intertwine - the movies and TV series, is great. There is just so much depth built into this current media version of the marvel universe

I'm sure it would be, if I'd had a chance to see Captain America.

Still, at least I know the ending now. Good of them to actually show it a week later, just in case I'd not realised :D
 
Great episode. Perhaps the strongest so far. Really should have reached this point much, much earlier but we're here now. Nice balance of humour and drama. Ward makes everything so tense.
 
I think the show is still really weak and just about watchable. It's a bit better than it was but that's not saying much.
I should have known they wouldn't have the balls to make Ward a proper villain. If it gets a second season I'd really like to see a complete overhaul.

Given the way that CA:TWS ended I can't see how the second series can carry on as the first series started. SHIELD as we knew it no longer exists. The TV series is implying its dead and gone forever, we know that won't happen.

Its just a question of how it rises from the ashes like a phoenix, and what form it takes when it does.
 
I love how the story is a continuation now instead of the old boring villian of the week that it started as. Definitely an improvement. Loving the last few episodes!
 
They need a Origin Story for Skye soon or when it is revealed people just aren't going to care. They cant just say she is a 084 10 odd episodes ago then forget about it

Whats with agent sitwell as well, he was in avengers as well according to IMDB ? which bit was he in ?

Also it says the Fury is in two episodes which is the second one after the episode with the scene with him in at the end ?

It looks like Fury will be in the final episode of the season.

I think Sitwell is only briefly in The Avengers but I can't remember where, even though I only watched it on Sunday. He's in the new Captain America film too.

I kept thinking he's not going to do it or do it in a way that results in their survival. Do you think they have survived?
 
Wonder how strong Garrett will be now he's got the GH stuff in him. We already know he had Centipede formula in him so will be interesting.

Assuming the stuff Rania gave him wasn't the only one - she just said that to test her own theory on whether he cares only for his own survival and not the development of the formula.

There was a few interesting lines about this and also Wards upbringing, in all another excellent episode.
