It's just an in game DLC hub of sorts where you can see whats available and whats coming out next. It comes with every copy of the game, it's just a way to get people to order new copies instead of buying used. You'll want to activate it because it gives you "free" DLC (although it should have been on the disc in the first place :rolleyes:)

It makes me laugh though when idiots bang on about how we should be grateful that we have to jump through hoops to access content that should have been on the disc in the first place.
 
Anyone know if its possible to change you're characters appearence and type after starting a game, wanting to be a Vanguard now.

Yes.

On the load screen for your class.

Then in the personal cabin when you wanna change your appearance.
 
Just a quick question to the people playing it! When you import your ME1 character can you change their looks? im asking as ive still got 4hours of work left before i can play it >.<
 
wtf has my generic soldier shepard now got biotic powers? Did I miss something?

The postman must have taken some bizarre route that I can't begin to imagine, god knows how he missed me out when he was only 10 doors away.
 
Hehehe, I kicked up a fuss with Boomerang disc rentals not sendng me titles quick enough so by way of apology they have sent me Mass Effect 2, arriving tomorrow. :D
