is there no way to configure the graphics like in ME2? it used to launch the configurator before the game launched, I can only see 3 settings under graphics options??

Btw for those who don't know. Go into Windows Game Explorer>Right click ME3>Configuration>Video - there's some extra toys in there for you.

Am i being thick or something but I don't understand what you mean about windows game explorer?

It's part of Windows Vista and Win7. You should be able to see it in your start menu if you have those OS's. It'll essentially be another folder containing your games.
