The only items that require extra download is the N7 Weapons which only comes with the digital deluxe/collector's edition. The rest of the items are available in-game via the change loadout and only available after the prelude mission. (I believe some items you have to go pick them up from various places before they become available?)

Hey does this one do any sort of re-cap of the first 2? I have forgot the story as I played them when they first came out and I cba to play them again. I also saved eveyone on Mass Effect 2 so without having the save game does 3 assume that you saved everyone?

Not really related to ME3 but has anyone been having trouble with Cerberus Network on ME2 lately (while replaying for choices). Every time I load up the game it fails to connect and I have to do it manually and its really getting annoying. Dunno if its because ME3 has just gone live or its been acting up for a while...
 
Sorry don't accept that, 10/10 is a perfect score and as it has flaws it isn't perfect.

But anyway I kind of expected these scores, reviewers in the money pockets of EA no doubt.... OMG MASS EFFECT AMAZING GOTY A++++++++ 10/10

EXACTLY the same here, started ME2 last night, was nasty to Tali, felt bad and reloaded:D
I think I prefer Infiltrator in ME2, not a big fan of Biotics anyway.

Same here again, but once I set options to automatically sign in and restarted(always just did it before) it was ok.

Did all of the ini tweaks and the game looks much better for it.
 
Personally I really don't get why Mass Effect is so highly rated - the game engine is dog-turd awful, with certain textures looking like they're from the 16bit days and pathetic animation. I appreciate that Bioware aren't known for their technical skill but it shouldn't have these issues.
 
I don't know if it still the same issue, but after you start ME2, set the affinity to one core then back into the task manager and turn the other cores back on. You need to do this every time you run ME2, IF it's the same loading screen issue.

yeh because graphics over gameplay hey ??? The engine is good enough to deliver the story and set pieces THAT is all people care about with ME.
