Mass Effect: Andromeda Thread

Just finished my first play though. 2 hours short on 80hours in total.

This really got a lot of bad press but it’s actually a pretty good game.

The combat was fantastic. Started on the difficultly under insanity mode which was probably a mistake for first play though lol was getting smashed by trash mobs for the first 20 levels.

if anyone thinking of playing it just watch Angry Joes review. He sums the game up well.
 
did anyone else get hit by the bug on 'remove the heart'

my first playthrough and it's enjoyable but hard! (i have put the difficulty level up a notch)
damn this was hard to get to, died and then the ******* door would not open when it reloaded

Picked it up on PSN and played last night.

So far, so Mass Effect, pacing has all been pretty decent, lots of dialogue as usual. Combat feels tighter than previous games. Graphics are very good for PS4. Only thing that lets it down is some ropey animations and dodgy faces at times.

Think it's time to start ignoring any opinions that come from fandom. Not that I would have bought it at launch anyway, but it's a steal at 6 quid.
 
Picked it up from PSN recently too - just got to a classic line of dialogue - "my face is tired" had to turn it off at that point :D
