Masterchef...

I can do all the quotes

"and the pressure is immense"

"for now the contestants can relax, but tomorrow they face the pressure of working in a professional kitchen"

"It's gonna change their life"

"this competition just gets tougher"

You've forgotten the most annoying:

"Now THAT!!, is a fanTAStic PLATE O' FOOD!!"

Cooking doesn't get any harder than this... apparently.

You could even make a Greg Wallace drinking game, every time he says "deep" or "rich" you take a shot, or a double shot when John Turrode clacks that friggin' piece of cutlery off his teeth.

I am I the only one who watches this? I bloody love it, dunno why though.

The reason I love Masterchef:

The HILARIOUS editing, which seems to put in really RANDOM facial expressions and noises from the Greg and John.

It is so ****ing funny some of the reactions they have to food and some of the random faces they pull whilst the other guy is talking :p

Just started watching it again (seen the previous 4 of this series), and it's as funny as ever.

"You could take that dish straight to the final and I wouldn't complain"

"It just get's tougher and tougher"

"That was some SERIOUSLY good cooking.. I don't know, we have xx good cooks here, but who are we going to put through?"

I love this tv show too, me and my dad used to watch it at 6pm I think during dinner, then it moved to another time slot. I still catch it on saturday morning though.

Also the sound editor or whoever cuts the sound in gets a huge thumbs up for using a song by the crystal method a couple months back :D

Anyone watch last nights episode?

It officially had the worst dish ever presented on Masterchef. I felt like vomming just looking at it.

Yeah that was bleeding awful. The one with the undercooked spuds right? :D

I love the programme, much better without Loyd Grossman.

Loved it!!

In the intro Gregg Wallace says "We can tell how good they are from things like how they handle their knives". 5 minutes later one of the contestants chops the end of his thumb off and has to go to casualty :D

Also, one of the women said "fair jews" instead of "fair dos" when told her dish was no good :D

The one cooked by the veggie man, he couldn’t cook yet alone taste his pancetta. How did he ever get on the show.

What about the prat that cut off a bit of his thumb and had to leave. That was the best episode ever. :D

I wouldn't call him a prat. I've done the same when in a rush. It's a shame, it wouldn't have been difficult for him to be the best.

Either way, no-one from that episode will progress.

I know it happens but he was chopping away like a demented butcher. ;)

That’s for sure, they were most certainly the worst group I’ve ever seen on the show, what a bunch!

That was funny - I loved Greg's 'if you can open a tin, you're through' comment :)

It's a shame though, when you compare who got through from that heat to last week's quarterfinal where all three were very very good and 2 had to kicked out.

The new timeslot is hopeless.

Greg "I can't wait to get my spoon into her pudding" Wallace is great fun.

John Torode is so deadpan serious.

And that wretched woman doing the voice overs with her endless.... Fact. Pointless rhetorical question. Fact. Pointless rhetorical question. Fact Pointless rhetorical question.

She has survived many series annoying the hell out of everyone, but will one of the production team finally crack and roast her by her own petard?
