Matched betting - who's done it and who's good at it? (No Referrals)

I'm not going mad this week, just doing the skybet 13:30 offer. Had an email from betfair giving me 0% commission and a free £10 bet if I placed a bet today, so all being well I could be on for a nice £60 little earner.

I'm edging towards £200 profit already and the racing hasn't even begun. That could skyrocket to much more if I get a few 2nd / 3rds. I played it safe last year and only made £50 or so over the week. This time I'm all in, balls deep. Go hard or go home. Should have around a grand at the end of the week all going well (and I don't screw it up).

I’ve made the mistake of having bets at 3 bookies with Getabird to win the 13:30 today using all my liability money. I’m praying he loses and doesn’t wipe out my exchange for the rest of the day

I'm only going at this from 2 or 3 bookies - just don't have time to cover all the options. Skybet first race £20 refund if bet looses, William hills double your money and Paddy £10 refund if loosing to SP favourite.
 
Pretty good day,would have been awesome if Kalashnikov had held on, that would have triggered the bet365 4/1 for me. Depending on the result of the utd game tonight my exchange balance could turn out neutral as well which is a bonus.
 
Not sure on exactly how I’ve done today because I’ve still go bets on football tonight but I think I’ve made about £60

Most probably been covered on a previous post but curious where would be the best place to get this started as a complete amateur with no experience in betting what so ever, any any advice before starting as it seems to be working for a lot of people and thought it was about time I get in on the action :)
 
I believe most of us here use Yesbets. If you go to their website I believe you can view a couple of the tutorials and a couple of starter offers without even needing to pay for anything. If you like it then it's worth getting a months subscription to try it out a bit more and find your feet with the easy sign up offers.

Personally I think it's brilliant. The best part is the private Facebook group. It's full of knowledge and you'll get all of your questions answered nice and quickly. Plus you can see what offers everyone else is doing.

Okay, so I'll need written and signed confirmation that you're not going to be on SAMCRO in the 13:30 please :D. I'm going to wait until closer to the off to see if the QL aligns for any of the other runners (I'll have multiple qual bets on that race and I tend to like to spread them around to hedge it a bit), if not I'll plough them all into SAMCRO. I also kind of hate it when there's a short priced favourite and then the 2nd favourite is ridden by Ruby Walsh, whichever I go for it's a shoe in that I miss the bonus!
