Matched betting - who's done it and who's good at it? (No Referrals)

William Hill are crafty sods. Last night they had bet £10, get £30 free. Today it's replaced with bet £10 and get £5 free. Obviously don't want anyone winning on the National.

All sign up offers will be nuked during national.

Just done the NetBet bet 10 get 30 free sign up and wont be doing any new ones until the nationals finished.

Surprised at how many offers there are for the national TBH - pretty much covered my May half term holiday!

Has Bet365 lowered its In-Play offer to £10 now?

Not for me they haven't, 2x £50. That said there seems to be a correlation between spanking 2up and leaving the account dormant for a while. Those who haven't used their accounts in ages got nada, those who went nuts got a tenner and those who haven't used it in a few weeks / months seem to have gotten the full monty.

Can you give me a good example of how the 2up offer works in practice?

You place a back/lay as normal, and if your team goes 2up you get paid out regardless of what happens in the match. A while ago I was out and forgot about a bet, my team (think it was Liverpool, can't remember) went 2-0 and then lost 2-3. I won the back and lay bet, £600 from a single footy match. Usually though we cash out as soon as the team goes 2up. Smaller profits but profit is profit. I'll send you a trust.

cheers. I guessed it was fairly simple but some work needed to pick the right games where there is a "likely" 2 up situation occuring I guess

There was an interesting post about cashing out the other day. This year it would have been more profitable over all to let the games run. I'm usually out at the weekend so have missed a lot of two ups as I didn't think it was worth getting on if I couldn't lock in. Next season I'm going to get on a few more even if I'm not in.
