Matched betting - who's done it and who's good at it? (No Referrals)

Do you mean matched betting in general? With the likes of Profit Accumulator (PA), Odds Monkey or Yes Bets - they wrap a lot of the work in a nice package.

I use PA and it has a number of apps that find offers for you, calculate exactly what stakes you require and can even directly lay your bet with your exchange through the app. I promise you it's pretty easy and rewarding, you can extract up to £1k from the intro offers alone. Baby steps and always check, PA (assume the others as well) have great video guides.

Happy to help on here as well :)

Yeah, MB in general.

Yeah, MB in general.
  • Sign up to PA, OM or YB - all have some kind of intro offer like your money back or free membership for X amount of weeks
  • Sign up to an exchange (where you do all your lay bets or bets against whatever you put down at a bookie) - Betfair are the largest with the most markets/liquidity but they also have the highest commission, I suggest Smarkets as they are currently running a 0% commission offer
  • Download a betting diary - blank version of the one I use here
  • Get started with the intro offers e.g. bet £50 with a bookie, and they'll give you a free £50 bet - rinse and repeat
  • Protect your bet365 account at all costs

Bookies throw out new offers all of the time, it's just generally the sign-up offers are the easiest to do as they just give you free money to bet with.

If you only do the matched betting offers, the bookies crack on to it eventually, and they'll either ban you completely, or what they generally do is exclude you from all offers and promotions. You have to make mug bets (bets where you'll generally lose £1 or so) to stop your account being flagged up.

It's all very easy to do, the main time consumer is signing up for the 60 bookies accounts you'll need. :D

What do you mean protect my bet365 at all costs?

Don't you run out eventually when you run out of free bets/intro offers?

bet365 are basically the best company, their intro offer isn't as good as it used to be but they have two offers that are good earners (2UP and £50 in-play).

When you finish the intro offers, you then move onto reload offers which are basically weekly horse/football offers often requiring a trigger like a horse coming in 2nd.

If you rinsed these bookies just for the bonus offers, they will obviously catch wind and take them away from you, so you place 'mug bets' here and there to make you look more like a normal punter but there is still a debate about the best way to mug as gubbings (bookie banning you from bonus offers) seem sporadic and random at times.

This sort of stuff is where I want a seasoned vet to tell me, put this money on this, do this do that.

I'm either too lazy to do it myself or too scared of screwing it up lol.

When you have gone past the sign up offers, which Oddsmonkey will tell you pretty much what to put your money on for a profit, then the reloads become a bit more difficult. Take the sign ups as free money and try and learn the ropes a long the way. There are a few bet finders and calculators on their site which will tell you who and what to put your money on. I use them a lot for No Lay Acca's, which are profitable. Even after the reloads I believe £300 a month, so £10 a day, is easy to do with just the tools on the Oddsmonkey site which tells you who to bet on. More than that is a little bit harder but putting a few hours effort in the rewards are there.

No, the profits aren't as easy but there is still plenty to be made. Your biggest issue is losing accounts, there are different strategies a round however I mainly stick to betting what looks natural.

Acca's, bet on big name teams
Horse's, keep my betting pattern the same. So generally bet the same amount for each race, normally betting on the favourite or close to favourite.
Then don't swap free bets, for example win a £20 free bet from an Acca don't then put it on a high odds horse for a bigger return.

Just to expand a little, most offers are daily for selected events. So one Acca insurance per day, numerous money back if 2nd horse races, 2 clear or high 5 races each day, casino offers seem to run every day for a week (casino offers can make really good money but the variance can be big).

I don't recommend mug betting, I feel it's a waste of time and won't help accounts however with out some inside knowledge these ae all just opinions.

Use Yesbets for the free trial and sack them off after. Their service has fallen off a cliff, too many mistakes / missing reloads / wrong events / their casino cruncher is dead, and the staff have stopped giving a ****.

I dunno man, I still think compared to the others they offer the best platform.

Granted I am talking as someone who's been doing this for years and don't really utilise the whole platform anymore, but I think it's still a fair bit better than most.

Their Facebook group is usually good when it comes to horse reloads and football promos, but expect a few dimwits there who think it's okay to say "I made £1000 from this offer but won't tell you how".

That dimwit's initials are JI and he's blocked me for calling him out on his crap.

Their platform is superb, really convenient, but their customer service has fallen apart recently, they just don't seem interested in the least. I'm in a separate FB group with all the good regulars which is great, as the YB team just don't care anymore and only answer requests after it's become evident that the regulars aren't answering.

JI got mad at me when I posted in the thread about how much each person has made....#triggered

What's this separate group? I want in!

Yeah I kind of got a little tired of yesbets after i did most of the initial offers. Looking to get back into it after I stopped last year due to a lack of time and I'm kind of interested in the casino stuff. Is PA still a viable source even if you have signed up to the major players?

Yesbets seems very dead now, casino is non existent as well.

Debating if i should swap.

Only re-started 8 weeks ago and back up to £500. Most sign up offers nearly done, few more to go.

Meh, it's nothing special tbh, just a group we use to keep in touch with members who are no longer part of Yesbets. We usually just moan about odds moving and getting gubbed.
