Matched betting - who's done it and who's good at it? (No Referrals)

Whick bookie? And did you lay it?

It's at paddypower.

I thought about laying it but the exchange says 9 and since Costa was number 3 top goal scorer with 20 goals last season I might as well leave him and hope he doesn't break his leg. Just needs to score about 10 goals to break even, even useless Rooney did that :D

Pay day bonanza. 4 horses covered for the E/W+place market for the 15:10 Goodwood, a few reloads, a few mugs and Coral decided to give me a free £50 bet :D. Worst case I will probably end £20-30 up after qualifying losses, best case one of those four horses comes 5th and I get a reload or two come in :).

Costa > Agüero* :D Costa should be much more settled this year since last year was his first season in the BPL.

*I am a bias Chelsea supporter

I think if Sterling links up with Aguero like he did with Saurez at Liverpool then I think Aguero will bag a load this season.

1 more week until footy season. I need to master ACCAs.

I wonder is it possible to back 2 players with this offer and get £2 for each of them? Costa and Agüero together should be raining £2 free bets.

edit: I found a £5 risk free offer on WH http://vegas.williamhill.com/promotions/vegas-games/ADVRFC31/

Not quite risk free as you could lose 99p but probably fairly ev+

Sky have 5 free spins on spiderman this week (managed nearly £30 profit on it in 5 mins).

I do enjoy the free spins having a sports betting account gets. Rare that it makes me £30 but it's almost effortless.

Looking to get back into the game with the football starting again next week. I've already exhausted the vast majority of sign-up offers so looking for continuing customer offers. Is the profit accumulator website worth it for the continuing matched betting offers?

I would say no, plenty of continual offers that available if you look around, today for example I am on to Sky free bet on lose 2:00 good wood, should be about £18, paddys fb on 2 or 3rd is on for 2:00 and 3:45 made me £50 last week.

Lots of extra place offers if you look.

I don't like the idea of PA, advertising these "loopholes" just makes it easier for bookies to close them.

Anyone know of an exchange which has a lay market for top goalscorer in the premier league? The only one I could find was Betfair but I don't think they'll appreciate me laying off their own offer on their own exchange.

That's a decent offer for anyone else too btw, bet £25 on a top goalscorer and you'll get a £5 free bet for each match he scores in (note: not each goal, so only one per match if he scores).

Betdaq have one, lay odds are a little pants though. I was going to leave it a while see if Smarkets create one a little closer to the time.

edit- I would however say it's an offer good enough to mug.

Costa for example scored 20 in 24. There are 12 games before end of august. So roughly £50 in free bets barring injury.

Paddy have same thing going but it's £2 and lasts all season.

That's a good idea actually. I looked on smarkets, ladbrokes exchange and another one I keep forgetting the name of and couldn't find any. Waiting is probably the best option, thanks.

well matched betting has been around for over a decade, I did it as a student over 10 years ago and it was much more lucrative back then - there were also casino bonus offers that were ridiculously easy to clear - including one site that even let you clear a bonus with a single spin on roulette covering all the numbers (though they pulled the offer after a day or two)

they started getting tougher years ago - casinos limiting the games you could use to qualify and continually upping the withdrawal requirements, bookies being less generous - they still need to market their services and at the moment that seems to be achieved by offering +ev propositions in the form of bonuses - they just have to be more careful about monitoring them

and yes the likes of PA and the fact that you've now got people who are perhaps a bit slow and need an 'idiots guide' and a few attempts to grasp what ought to be a very simple and obvious concept does mean that bookies are going to try even harder to look at their customer data and put a stop to it. I'm sure there will be data analyst out there now trying to identify 'mug bets' etc..

Where are these extra offers? I'm signed up to quite a few bookies so get returning bet offers all the time but they are generally offers that can't be matched, such as "money back if Chelsea win the Community Shield final", but the money back is only on goalscorer markets and hence it's not a true matched bet as I'm not closing up all avenues.

Do I just need to make more mug bets in order to get more offers back from the bookies? I'm assuming with the football season starting again there should be more free bets rolling in for getting the punters back.

Thanks for the heads up, it will be my mug bet. I now have Agüero backed at betfair and Costa backed at paddy
