Nice! How much could you at a guess, putting in a few hours a night would profit a week ?

What's the your "main" bookies?

Few hours a night? You could probably clear £150 but you'd need multi accounts to clear anything north of £100 a week. My £600 a week takes at least 30hrs to do - sometimes more. If you want to pull a full time wage from matched betting then you need to put in full time hours.

It'll have to slow down when I go back to uni for the 2nd year of my degree but I still want to clear £200 a week.

Accounts I look after (I.e. mug on) are bet365, betfair, paddy power, coral, William Hill, Titan bet, 888 sport, university, Stan James and ladbrokes.

I work full time and started back when i asked the question about PA on here around 6 days ago and ive made £200 as of yesterday, this is including having an account with almost every bookie prior. The bigger your bank, the more you can make.

My £10 first bet with 888 won at triple the odds so my betfair has taken a beating - will need to withdraw some funds and top up betfair again!

Well it would be too risky to lay off paddy power bets on Betfair. There is bound to be a cross matching system in place. Otherwise, they are keeping the brands distinct so everything should remain the same.

I am pretty confident that exchange accounts will continue to never be restricted. What's the point when they are not risking their money, but taking some of yours.

Cheers for the insight, I was in doubt that PA claims to making between £1000 - £2000 a month held any water. At least without the use of multiple accounts.

I've earned £443 in 20 days from sign up offers and a few lucky mistakes but the sign offers are getting more demanding with having to place x amount of bets for around £10 profit.

Must have a sizeable bank roll to be making even £150 a week with mug betting and laying accumulators. In fact with mugging accumulators with a small loss you wouldn't even lay them off?

Had a bet tonight that shows a "reduction factor" on the lay bet, a change of odds due to non runners I believe, the lay bet lost, did that work in my favour? also what can we do to combat risk when this happens?

You will probably find the back bet was reduced by the same %

You should really read the R4 information on MSE, it could cost you a lot of money otherwise.

Roughly it goes like this. If a horse is removed after you place your back bet (that you should be doing first), then your horse has a higher chance of winning. How much higher depends on the odds of the horse that is removed.

As a result your back bet winnings are reduced. Now if you have layed your bet before the horse is removed, your back and lay are roughly reduced by the same amount. (although worth checking the T&Cs).

The biggest problem comes from when you back something, an R4 is applied and then you lay on the reformed market. This could mean that your winnings are reduced but your lay pays out in full.

It actually irks me a little bit that this figure is thrown around so much. It is doable sure and the way he continually mentions it it's as if its really simple to do and everyone will be able to make that amount. Realistically for 99% of the people doing this that is never going to happen. It's extra pocket money sure but those numbers are almost unattainable for anyone doing it on the side.

Yes.

Don't attempt it until you have a big bank though and are willing to push through some fairly big single losses. My spreadsheet shows me up £900 overall on the casino offers.

But that £900 up is off several accounts not just 1. Bit misleading for people who are doing this with only one account

No - that's just my accounts.

I don't do the casino/slots offers on my families/friends accounts because they expect a regular income from them, and that doesn't always happen if you wipe a weeks profits out with a bad run on a casino/slots offer.

But the casino/slots offers aren't matched betting - they are pure gambling - although with an expected +ev over the long term, so they are probably best being discussed in a seperate thread.

Is anyone doing the acca refunds regularly? If so, what are your averages on hitting one? Seeing as most lose say £5-10 on a £25-50 acca.

I done the 32red offer, bet £20 at 2.0+ and get 3 free spins every time England scores against San-Marino, I managed to get an awesome lay on it too, win 58p regardless.
