Matched betting - who's done it and who's good at it? (No Referrals)

I had a spin £10 and get £10 sports free bet promotion on sky vegas. I let Mrs Tosno do it, on the last £1 spin at reel king she got the bonus round :D won £30 from it. Then from the £10 free bet I won £6.50 from an under lay. Not a bad half hour

Got to ban myself from betfair casino/vegas section lost £80 with no offer even available just because i had money laying about in that account and got carried away what a moron.

And this is why matched betting will never die ;-)

The house will always win for sure on casino! Avoid them like the plague with no offer and never cash out! My biggest burn when I wasn't match betting was £170 on black jack using the martingale system.

I came across that site before and just ignored it because his claims of making £20k a year seemed like complete BS. Have you subscribed to platinum membership? I signed up for the free trial and he just uses oddsmonkey so presumably platinum membership's only use is for finding new offers?

Platinum provides a wealth of offers and help from the community forum, IMO definitely worth the £17.99* pm.

*think it's slightly more for new subscribers now.

£20k a year is certainly achievable with a big enough bankroll, or I should say was.

The guy that runs PA is going to do very well out of it in the short term, but long term it's killing MBing. Noticeably fewer offers from the big players than last year and a lot of smaller books starting to exclude UK players from their offers. There have been a few decent offers this year still, but things will only go downhill from here IMO.

If anyone else has managed to opt in for the William Hill £10 risk free on Toy Factory, have a little faith..

2nd spin, got to the end level of the free spin bonus round where it wouldn't let me win any more free spins. Won about £134 from it and was thrilled, then a bloody wheel popped up and it landed on 4x!!!!! (out of 2x, 3x, 4x or 5x) Not even sure I believe it yet :eek::eek:

Oh yeh, I made £68 on betfair Jackpot Giant last night too. It's gonna be a good weekend :D

Well, I've made £7k since June, so it's not BS - it's just time consuming and you need to treat it as a full time job.

Yes, I've platinum membership - it's essentially a time saver so you can spend more time doing the offers rather than hunting for them.

but long term it's killing MBing.

I'm not sure - there are more offers out there than I can do even when putting 30hrs work in.

that is the thing... ten years ago this was really easy to make money quickly along with casino bonuses - these days it is far less lucrative... people making a few thousand from it now are going through the hassle of setting up multiple accounts, spending hours doing it... unless you're unemployed or a student there isn't much point

If you're doing 1k+ a month av, since June, are you doing acca's and the horse racing refunds? I don't see any other way to make any sort of money going forward after the signups are done. The odd 50quid on a saturday from freebets isn't going get people anywhere near the figures advertised, which I think are a bit misleading in themselves.
James is doing circa 150 acca's a week, so pulling about 6grand a month from that alone, and the horse racing I believe. I don't think he's touching any of the rest, e.g bingo signup offers etc. And to be doing that many acca's, he must have a bank of 20-30k to cover the 7.5k of bets he's putting on a week, then exchange liability, I'd have thought, let alone if he's ploughing into the horses.
