Matched betting - who's done it and who's good at it? (No Referrals)

Bookies don't like you abusing bonuses and your behaviour is textbook abuser, what you need to do is have some money in the exchange and try lose at the bookies so the money ends up in your exchange, otherwise things could get very expensive very fast.

Actually I'd say betting on high odds with that much cash looks more like an abuser than winning everything at low odds.

If you were able to do that long term you wouldn't need the bonuses/bookies and would have a profitable laying system on the exchange.

I'm confused about my bet365 new customer offer. I deposited £100 to get a £100 bonus. The bonus is not useable until I've wagered my £100, so I did so. For that particular bet, my back bet won so there is £240 cash in my bet365 account as well as a £100 bonus. I wanted to withdraw the cash and play with my £100 bonus only but withdrawing it cancels out the bonus. I also have to settle a total of £600 to make the bonus withdrawable. On a betting slip, I don't have the choice to use my bonus - there's no tick or drop down box for it.

What am I doing wrong?

Not reading the T+C is what you are doing wrong

I have no idea but I'm going to have a guess:

PA use Oddsmonkey's oddsmatcher to get their matches. Oddsmonkey is fed up because they offer the same service that PA do but don't want to alienate their client base by making it pay only to use. PA won't offer the oddsmatcher for free because they're greedy ****s.

Ballpark?

My impression was that PA recently stopped using OM to power their odds searching.

OM complaining about a "former partner" spreading false allegations, claiming IP theft, and threatening legal action.

Was just curious what had been said on PA, if anything.

to be fair OM had a site providing that software first then PA and others popped up and provided very basic hand holding instructions for matched betting so the likes of mumsnet users start getting into it etc.. and charging a monthly fee for it. I thought matched betting exploded a bit back in 2004 when loads of people were doing it via rpoints forum and similar... maybe it is now though given the scale of people now doing it we'll reach peak matched betting lol

I'm just surprised the bookies aren't better at detecting people, surely a half competent data analyst ought to be able to gub most PA members fairly rapidly.

Bookies seem to have been fairly active in this recently. That's why I'm cynical of PA and others offering yearly deals, paying up front, when there's no guarantee that you won't be mostly gubbed a few months later.

Also seem to be witnessing the slow death of 2nd place refund offers.

I read that Oddsmonkey gave PA notice that they were terminating their contract to use their software. Apparently PA decided to continue using it and now threatening legal action.

Think this is true since Oddsmonkey have come out with their own MB subscription.

Is there any free betmatchers.
The two posted a few pages back, one has been down for over a week, and the other doesn't have smarkets. Www.freebets4all.com

Probably why PA looks like it's building its own, and the ui is so much better already. Just not stable at the moment and pretty sure it's not catching everything.

I wasn't going to renew for next month, but I need a match maker, I'm not spending hours searching.
Or could switch to oddsmonkey as that's cheaper.

If it's the 4/1 offer, you place a bet on the next eligible race and if it loses you get a refund of your stake. You don't get a free bet as such, it's a refund.
Aye.

Also watch out for R4 reductions if betting the day before a race and you're near to the 4/1 limit.
