As long as you eat it straight away Five Guys is much better than a McD’s.

If however you let the Five guys steam in it’s foil wrap, the bun becomes wallpaper paste and the burger becomes wet and soggy and tasteless.

interesting.. we dont have a 5 guys in my town sadly.. Burger King in Turkie (at the air port) was better than in the UK! bit of a trip for a burger though..
 
The issue with five guys is it costs basically the same as going somewhere like honest burger.

It’s easy to say it’s better than McDonalds but it is priced like a full restaurant.
 
I'd rather pay a decent pub/bistro/restaurant price for a burger, than what five guys charge, with the five guys sometimes being more expensive.

Yes fair point. At least their milks shakes are cheap…..

It's why I don't rate 5 Guys all that much. They're fine for what they are but they're not worth the money at all.

No one should be expecting a gourmet burger from McDonalds but in it's own lane, not much gets close
