I really like gherkins myself.
Had a big tasty the other night, still the best burger Maccies do, the smoky sauce is banging and they put loads on.

They've never been crunchy. They come in a bag in pickle juice, drained then dropped in a large pot on the dressing table (ambient). First time they see heat is when the meat is placed on top however now meat doesn't come straight from the grill anymore they precook and shove it in a warming draw.
Oh and whilst most people call them gherkins, they're actually a dill pickled cucumber.

Oh if you want to save some money then use this on the self kiosks. Just scan the barcode and pay via card. They don't usually ask for the voucher but if they do just show them the picture and they honour it. Never failed me. Also as you've paid by card they ain't going to faff around with refunding you. Easier just to give you the food.

I find, as tasty as they are, the amount of cold things they put on top makes the burger go cold really quickly and the cheese doesn't melt very well. A shame as they're really good.

I order without tomato as not a fan of them but yeah they do go cold quick. If you order without tomato it's done fresh and not been sitting for a while.

I don't get how people rate their breakfasts, they have to be one of the worst out of all the chains. The bacon is rank, crappy eggs and nasty sausage patty. The only good thing is the hash browns. They are brilliant. Rest is awful.
Regarding the monopoly game, I got a McDonald's the other day and usually take away or drive thru. But decided to sit down. Table next to me had empty wrappers and drink cartons with the stickers on still. There were 6 in total opened them and got 2 mcflurry or fruit bag, 2 double cheese burger or 6 nuggets and 1/4 pounder with my order. Cheers to whoever left them unpeeled lol. Stuck then in the wallet for later use.

No they’re not, they’re abysmal from Greggs, tiny sausages and undercooked bacon. Only good thing is their coffee.
