The nose actually looks like the launch nose from last year. They seem to have dropped the change to a flick up at the tip they brought in mid season.

Don't pay too much attention to the wings and the exhaust - just seen a photo that shows the part number on the resr wing assembly - starts with 27A-WR

Other than that, evolution of the MP4-27.

No McLaren50 logo that I've spotted either.

Lots of easily replaced panels all over the body though. I'd expect to see the sidepod wings make an appearance reasonably soon.

Just read on the BBC Twitter that it will be using the pull-rod front suspension the same as Ferrari did last year. Hopefully they won't have any early season woes as Ferrari did getting used to the new handling. At least I think that was one of Ferrari's main issues at the start of last year?

Judging from the comparison shot, that's because the new nose is as high as the flicked-up nose from last year, without the flick-up... if that makes sense?

The back end looks a little different but the fronts are really similar looking.

Yep, look like that from the side on.

The tub seems marginally higher, but not to the top level of other teams so not to the top limits of the regulations.

Apparently the nose is definitely stepped but using a modesty panel, one of the journo's spied an unpainted one in the composite shop at MTC!

So looks like McLaren have increased the tub height then, even with their many years of lower tub development.
