Mechanical Keyboard Sample Kit

Recieved the kit :) i like the browns to! The blues are awesome but the noise would be so irritating to my gf in the same room lol sounds like a 50s type writer! Browns are the next strongest click without the noise. Reds feel like a normal key lol didn't notice much difference with the o rings? Anyway ill send the appropriate trust message now

hmm...strangely i liked the red/blue switches better.
i've got red switches on my keyboard - guess i got used to them.

i thought i would like the browns, but i found the bump a wee bit annoying after a while, and the blacks were too springy lol =x

blue gave a satisfying click, but were just too noisy. if the blue were less noisy i'd get one in a heartbeat.

hated the o-rings though. it dampened the sounds, but the key travel was reduced far too much for my liking.

my 2p worth. haha.
 
well, just looking at this now, I can see why most people prefer the brown one, but for me, I thought brown at first, but then after a thought , I think I would buy the red, because the red is harder to push down so fingers aren't hitting down as hard (like the brown) so its damaging your fingers more
 
Kit received thanks, I'll have a look over the next few days and send it out early next week. I've sent an email to ScotsPaul as well for his address!
