Mediocre life?

I love my life, and trust that my needs will always be met. I try to find at least 1 thing each day to be grateful about, and that usually leads me to thinking how lucky I am. I count my blessing more than I curse them. I try not to compare my life with others. Life is an amazing journey, full of ups and downs and round and rounds, and I wouldn't change a thing. I'd like to think that I have learnt from my experiences, and because of them I would make more informed decisions in the future. I'll make big changes if they need to be made, not just for the sake of change. I follow my intuition most of the time. It doesn't let me down.

sig deletion prominent!
prominent? Either way the sig's fine...(if maybe a little copy-cat)

My life's fantastic - mainly due to fantastic decisions made fantastically well.

I don't think you should ever regret anything - because everything you've done goes towards who you are today. Having said that, I wouldn't change anything anyway because my choices have all been...fantastic.

The only thing about my life that's not fantastic is my love life - that is not fantastic at all - it's absolutely perfect!

My life is just starting to pick up. Soon to hit 16, getting a motorbike for Christmas so I can be on the roads. I had a job application in a computer shop two days ago and expect to get an answer within a week. I've also just applied for college to do Maths, Physics and PE as A-levels to then move into RAF to be a pilot.

Only thing I regret is buying Vista Retail :p

Do you have a good life? Yes.
Are you happy with where you are? Yes
job? Kinda
love? Meh
family? Yes
money? Yes
everything? More or less yes

Do you regret decisions you've made that have led to where you are, and not where you could have been? No

Do you ever think of big changes? No

Just curious..

Do you have a good life? Are you happy with where you are? job? love? family? money? everything?
I'm fairly happy with where I'm going with my career and my plans to be successful in what I do. Love, what love? Family, not terribly close but OK. Money, well above most my age, getting better all the time.

Do you regret decisions you've made that have led to where you are, and not where you could have been?
Not so much concious decisions but I definitely regret the way I've treated girlfriends in the past. Generally just taking them for granted, not giving them enough attention and concentrating on other things - mostly work/career related. I have definitely had two relationships fall apart which I would be very happy still to be in, at the times I didn't realise how forgiving the women were with me. I split up with the last one 18 months ago and haven't had a girlfriend since.

Currently I'm in the same place as Jez, never really being in contact with any women who i'd be prepared to try starting a relationship with.

Mick.

At the moment I wouldn't say I'm unhappy but life isn't exactly spectacular.

I've started college and then dropped out to work twice in two years now, I can't seem to stick at anything.

Due to be starting a new job in a couple of weeks and also will have hopefully passed my driving test by christmas. Those two things will definately improve my quality of life and hopefully how fulfilled I feel.

Also, I've just got back into football after a few years of not playing which has really filled a void in my life.

Just need a decent woman and I'm sorted :D.

Do you have a good life? Are you happy with where you are? job? love? family? money? everything?

Not really, I've kinda ended up being like that bloke out of Make Love Not Warcraft. The one with no life.

Do you regret decisions you've made that have led to where you are, and not where you could have been?

There was a really cute girl at uni, but I was too shy to get it on with her, totally regret that.

Make that about 3 girls :(

Do you ever think of big changes?

Not the kind that I'd discuss in a family forum.

As good as it can be I think, Im happy at work for the moment, im trying to move onto bigger things in the Police but I think experience and age is holding me back a little, Family is great, we've had our problems, some of them serious because of me and the way i've acted, but not really something I want to talk about. But they've helped me through them and im deffinatley a better person for it.

Love.. whats that? closest i've come is the tonsilectomy I gave some lass called Casey in a club on Thursday... didnt get her number either. Idiot.

Money, cant complain, still living at home, and even after everything is paid I still have £200 or so each month in my sky-rocket to go out and do other stuff, I do a budget each month and set aside everything, so petrol, insurance and all that. I dont go out very often and when I do I only end up spending about £20/£25.

Do you regret decisions you've made that have led to where you are, and not where you could have been?

Nope, I havnt been this happy in a long time, I have freinds at work, and freinds who are Mini annoraks like me, I enjoy being around them and they like having me around. I wasnst the most socially accepted at school, so it makes a lot of difference for me.

Do you ever think of big changes?

Not really, once i've paid the car off I will probably start looking for a place of my own, but my mum has said to me that she is happy to have me around for a few years yet :)

Life's pretty good at the moment for me. At Uni studying Law, got the support of my family (moving to Uni hit me pretty hard and almost broke me but the support they gave me is unreal). Of course I've made some wrong choices and regret some of the things I've done but i figure thats just life. Now all i need is love and money :p

Don't really want to post an in depth reply, so I will do what someone did above and quite the OP...

Do you have a good life? I'm very grateful for what I have. I know there are a lot of people in this world who have less.
Are you happy with where you are? Kind of
job? No - Really have to do something about that
love? I think so...
family? Apart from my Grandma being ill, yep all is golden
money? Could be better, see job!
everything? Generally good, but could be improved.

Do you regret decisions you've made that have led to where you are, and not where you could have been? I try to never regret anything. Learn from mistakes and move on as best you can.

Do you ever think of big changes? No. If you did you would go crazy!

Just curious..

I could sit here and quite easily moan about how my life isn't turning out the way I would like it to, but I wont. Instead, I will just post this link and wish you all a good day.

oh cool a load of trite pseudo-philosophical claptrap ignoring the harsh realities of the real world and promising success to whoever wants it (and by extension implying that anyone who failed just didn't work hard enough)

just what the doctor ordered

Things will pick up for me this year, I think

Have to leave to go to work soon, a new job... exciting times, low low pay... just dropped 640 quid on a season ticket for the commute there for a month :(

I'm happy at the moment - enjoying work, earning OK and still living at home so I have have at least £1.50 or so a month to have fun with :D

A lot of friends have gone off to Uni which is a bit crap , but this just means I go out less

Do you have a good life? Are you happy with where you are? job? love? family? money? everything?

No, no, no, no and no, but I only have myself to blame.

Do you regret decisions you've made that have led to where you are, and not where you could have been?

I regret allot of decisions and things I've done, I was a fool when I was young, a fool, If I could meet my past self I would punch him in the face and tell him to sort his life out.

Do you ever think of big changes?

Yes every minute of everyday.
