MegaDrive Genesis Mini available on Sep.19 worldwide (NTSC + PAL; $70, $90 with 2 controllers) - M2

Not sure how true it is but I watched a review on YouTube and it said if you change the language settings you get that regions games - i.e. change to Japanese and you get the Japanese version of the games.

Yup, true.
If you get the US version, then you can get all 3 regions versions. English = US, French/German etc... = EU, Japan = Japan.
EU console can only get the Japan releases by changing to Japanese.

Asian consoles are unknown at this time

[edit] Turns out they've also found some roms on the machine that have been hidden from the menu.
